Nearly 30,000 confirmed cases of swine flu
There are about 30,000 confirmed cases of swine flu, detected in 74 countries, and more than 140 people have dies from the H1N1 Virus worldwide.
After another 204 confirmed cases of swine flu in the UK on Monday, coupled with an extra 60 Scottish cases confirmed on Sunday. The national total now stands at 2,773.
The government is hoping to be able to provide anti-flu drugs to 80% of the British population.
